Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to being the one others count on. My goal is to make this a space where you can take a breath, talk openly, and not have to carry it all by yourself.
You’ll stay in control of the process. You set the pace...whether that means easing in slowly or getting right to the heart of what’s going on. My role is to support and guide you while helping you explore what’s getting in the way of the changes you want to make...always at a pace and in a way that feels respectful to you.
You can expect a space that’s steady, honest, and grounded. I’ll meet you as a person, not a diagnosis, and help you build on the strengths you already have. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, meaning we’ll look at how past experiences and learned patterns might be showing up in your current stress, relationships, or sense of direction.
When deeper work is needed, we’ll make sure you have tools to stay grounded and steady. Whether that’s through breathing, mindfulness, or other practical strategies. from there, we’ll explore at a pace that works for you.
There’s no fixed formula here. together, we’ll build a plan that fits your goals and your life. The focus is on helping you feel more present, more capable, and more connected...in your work, your relationships, and your daily life.
I currently offer telehealth appointments.
